A Bit About Me
I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely met. My work as a therapist is shaped not only by education and clinical training, but by lived experience, by having moved through seasons of loss, uncertainty, and profound change, and by learning firsthand what it takes to heal and rebuild from the inside out.

I know that life does not unfold neatly. Many of us carry stories marked by instability, responsibility beyond our years, relational wounds, or periods where simply surviving took more energy than thriving. Because of this, I bring deep empathy, steadiness, and respect into the therapeutic space. You do not need to explain why things feel heavy here, I understand how complex and layered pain can be.

My role is to offer grounded presence, careful listening, and compassionate support as you navigate your own path forward. This is a place where you can slow down, speak honestly, and explore your inner world without judgment, fixing, or pressure to move faster than you’re ready. I value therapy that is paced, attuned, and rooted in emotional safety.

I approach this work with humility and care, honoring each person’s lived experience and resilience. Having done my own healing work, I know that growth is rarely linear and that meaningful change often comes through patience, courage, and support. My intention is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and move toward greater balance and wholeness, at your own pace, in your own way.
